Dragons Assembled, AS Dragons to compete at Athena’s Cup 2024

The most awaited AB Intramurals 2024 is finally here, and the UST Asian Studies Society is all geared up to send its official sports guild, the UST Asian Studies Dragons, for the Athena’s Cup scheduled on Feb. 21, 23, 26-28, 2024.
The AS Dragons will join the men’s basketball tournament with Kingsly Diestra, Vince Congzon, Kyle Peig, Matthew Estidola, Yannick Ganzon, David Pascual, Rowen Tan, Thomas Taguba, Amad Alonto, Benj Cua, Jasper Cabais, Patrick Aragon, Iann Hilario, Cyril Tan, and Elijah Soriano.
Meanwhile, Jinky Aduana, Zeilani Ignacio, Lovelyn Maglantay, Celene Batol, Cj Hernandez, Paula Joaquin, Vivienne Tan, Mae Ansama, Gaby Hernandez, Marah Santiago, Samantha Mayor, Danielle Losa, Lara Chua, and Pauline Abraham complete the roster of players for the women’s volleyball team.
The AS Dragons’ lineup for men’s volleyball consists of Tristan Garcia, Jazzer Galban, Charles Pedro, Earl Lim, Dominic Carsula, Wynerre Garcia, Jaime Carpio, Manuel Salak, and Gabriel De La Cuesta.
The lone players for table tennis and chess will be represented by Zeilani Ignacio and Isaiah Bambila, respectively. Meanwhile, Kyle Peig, Daniel Boydon, Rocco Paragas Jr., and Mariam Alyka Espino will compete in the badminton tournament.
In a Facebook post dated Feb. 21, ASSOC announced the schedule of activities of the AS Dragons in line with the Athena’s Cup 2024.
